LATIN AMERICAN PAPER MONEY SOCIETY

We're pleased to report that LANSA member Yezid "Jessie" Acosta has been presented with the 2008 LANSAJessie Acosta President's Award - 2008 President's Award. Jessie is a young man but has been collecting paper money since he was 5 years old! He is currently preparing a new website for LANSA which will bring a new look and comprehensive information for our members. As a long time Colombia and USA collector, I look forward to seeing the results of his continued dedication to the hobby.

In keeping with Jessie's collecting interest his certificate incorporates some similar elements as Colombia P.450 as well as the traditional ABNC Ceres, Goddess of Agriculture vignette. Please join me in congratulating Jessie on this well deserved award.  Click on Image to Enlarge      1.2.2008
